YDHFTYS Adjustable Downstream Injection Nozzle Kit for Pressure Washers — 4–4.5 GPM, 15 ft Hose & Shut-off Valve

The YDHFTYS Adjustable Long Range Downstream Injection Nozzle Kit converts your pressure washer into a safe, high-reach chemical sprayer with adjustable 0°–65° spray, 4–4.5 GPM flow, and downstream injection to protect your pump.

This complete kit is built to let you apply cleaners from the ground while preserving your equipment. It combines an adjustable long-range nozzle, a downstream chemical injector, a 15 ft hose with an inline shut-off valve and filter, and a 15-color proportioner set so you can dial in mix ratios without sending chemicals through your pump. The unit is suited to pressure washers rated 2500–4000 PSI and supplies stable spray performance across a variety of chores.

How far will the nozzle actually reach and what affects distance?

The long-range nozzle can project liquid up to around 40 feet under ideal conditions, but real-world reach depends mainly on your machine's GPM and PSI. Higher flow (GPM) will carry the spray farther; lower flow shortens the range. Wind, nozzle angle, and elevation differences also change how far spray travels.

• Typical maximum reach: up to 40 feet with higher-GPM machines.
• Recommended machine range: 2500–4000 PSI for best performance.
• Flow rate: 4–4.5 GPM—higher GPM increases distance and coverage.
• Adjustable fan from tight 0° jet to 65° wide spray for varied tasks.

How does the downstream injector protect my pressure washer?

Downstream injection draws cleaning solution after the pump, so concentrated chemicals never pass through the pump, hoses, or gun. That lowers the risk of corrosion and component damage while allowing strong cleaners to be used safely. The kit’s inline tank screen and shut-off valve also reduce clogging and let you stop chemical flow quickly.

• Chemicals sourced from an external bucket, not the pump.
• 15ft hose with tank screen filter to catch debris and protect lines.
• Inline shut-off valve for instant soap-to-rinse switching.
• Includes clamps and tape for secure, leak-free connections.

How easy is it to mix and change dilution ratios with this kit?

The kit includes a 15-color coded proportioner set so you can select precise dilution settings for different cleaners. The color coding speeds selection and reduces guesswork when switching tasks. Quick-connect fittings and a straightforward manual make setup and adjustment simple, even on job sites.

• 15-color proportioner set for accurate mix ratios.
• 1/4" quick-connect fittings for fast attachment to most wands or guns.
• Manual and simple hardware for field-ready setup.
• Ball strainer screen helps prevent nozzle and hose clogs.

What maintenance or compatibility tips should I know?

Inspect the strainer and inline hose regularly to avoid buildup, and flush the injector with fresh water after use to prevent residue. If the 1/4" female coupler feels tight, a light sanding of the male plug often improves fit. Always match the nozzle to a pressure washer within the recommended PSI and GPM ratings.

• Flush system after each use to remove chemical residues.
• Check and clean the tank screen filter periodically.
• Fit tip adjustment: lightly sand the male plug if connection is too tight.
• Use with machines rated 2500–4000 PSI and 4–4.5 GPM for best results.

Who is this for? The YDHFTYS long range downstream injector kit is designed for homeowners, contractors, and mobile detailers who need to reach high siding, roofs, RVs, and other elevated surfaces without ladders. It also suits anyone who wants accurate chemical metering and pump protection while cleaning cars, decks, driveways, and exterior windows. If you own a compatible pressure washer and need safer, more efficient high-reach cleaning, this kit gives adjustable spraying, convenient soap-to-rinse switching, and robust filtration to make the job faster and protect your equipment.
