This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

XIIW Sheep Shears 550W are a professional electric clipper designed to cut through heavy wool and matted undercoats with six adjustable speeds and a durable steel blade set.
Built for small farms, shearers and livestock handlers, the XIIW 550W electric sheep clippers combine sustained power, adjustable speed control and an aluminum head engineered to resist overheating. The unit delivers up to 2600 RPM, a long 18.3-foot cord for mobility, and a vibration-minimizing polymer housing to make longer sessions more comfortable. Its blade geometry — a 13-tooth comb and 4-tooth cutter — suits thick-coated animals like sheep, goats, llamas and alpacas.
The XIIW is engineered to maintain torque under load so you can cut through dense, matted coats without frequent jams. An aluminum head and airflow vents dissipate heat, while a 550W motor supplies the necessary RPM and force to manage heavy fleece.
Speeds 1–3 are low and precise for sensitive areas, contours and finishing work; speeds 4–6 increase cutting speed and torque for broad, fast shearing of heavy fleece. Choose a lower speed for accuracy and higher speeds when removing bulk quickly, and adjust blade tension as needed for different fiber types.
Routine blade lubrication, short rest intervals and periodic cleaning are the simplest ways to prolong cutter life and prevent motor strain. The manufacturer recommends oiling the blades before and during sessions, taking short breaks to cool the unit, and using a cooling spray if clipping continuously.
The XIIW is built for livestock with heavy coats — sheep, goats, llamas and alpacas — and for users who need a portable, high-power tool. It is not designed for small companion animals like puppies and cats; select a dedicated pet clipper for those animals.
Who is this for: The XIIW 550W sheep shears suit professional shearers, smallholders and livestock owners who need a robust, high-torque clipper for dense fleece. If you routinely tackle matted undercoats or run multi-animal shearing sessions, its adjustable speeds, durable steel blades and heat-management features offer practical performance. For occasional or small-pet grooming, a lower-powered pet-specific clipper is a better fit.
Q: Can XIIW clippers handle matted wool?
A: Yes. The 550W motor and blade geometry are made to cut through dense and matted coats, though regular blade oiling and short cooldowns are recommended.
Q: Are these clippers safe for pets like dogs and cats?
A: No. XIIW is designed for livestock with heavy coats—sheep, goats, llamas, alpacas—not for puppies or cats.
