The TeeJet AA6B DirectoValve Manual Control Valve is a heavy-duty manual fluid control valve built for agricultural spray and irrigation systems, offering corrosion-resistant materials, 150 PSI maximum pressure, and 12 GPM flow capability.
Designed for farmers, applicators, and equipment technicians who need dependable, serviceable flow control, the AA6B combines rugged construction with simple installation. Wetted parts are polypropylene, stainless steel and polyethylene for chemical resistance and long life. It integrates easily into existing spray lines via a 3/4" FPT inlet and a 1/2" FPT boom outlet, and includes a 1/4" gauge port for pressure monitoring.
The AA6B uses materials selected for chemical compatibility and corrosion resistance so it can handle many common spray and irrigation fluids. Its design minimizes metal exposure in wetted areas while stainless steel components add strength where needed.
The valve is rated to a maximum working pressure of 150 PSI (10 bar) and delivers up to 12 GPM at a 5 PSI pressure drop, providing predictable flow control for boom sections and small manifolds. These specs make it suitable for most agricultural sprayer circuits and irrigation zones where moderate flow and higher pressures are required.
Installation is straightforward with common FPT inlet/outlet threads and a molded-in mounting flange. Maintenance is designed to be performed in-line so you can inspect and replace internal parts without removing the entire valve assembly from the spray line.
Yes—TeeJet designed the DirectoValve series so individual valves can be grouped for synchronized control of multiple boom sections. Using the compatible hex nipple, you can join valves to create compact banked assemblies and reduce plumbing complexity.
Who is this for: The TeeJet AA6B DirectoValve is intended for commercial and owner-operator agricultural users who need a durable, serviceable manual valve for sprayer booms, small irrigation zones, or chemical application lines. It suits those who prioritize chemical compatibility, field-serviceability, and reliable flow control at pressures up to 150 PSI.
Q: What pressure and flow is the AA6B rated for?
A: The AA6B is rated to 150 PSI (10 bar) and flows up to 12 GPM at a 5 PSI pressure drop.
Q: Can I service the valve without removing it from the line?
A: Yes. The AA6B is designed for in-line repairs so internal parts can be replaced without removing the valve.
