Rushare Natural Gas Hose 24 ft 3/8" ID — Quick-Connect, Brass Fittings, 38,000 BTU Capacity

Rushare's 24-foot, 3/8-inch ID natural gas hose with quick-connect fittings is a long, sturdy rubber hose designed to safely link fixed natural gas sources to grills and outdoor appliances.

This hose is built for homeowners and outdoor cooking enthusiasts who need a reliable, extended connection between a natural gas supply and appliances such as Weber grills, patio heaters, or pizza ovens. Crafted from heavy-duty rubber and finished with solid brass fittings, the line offers practical length and quick-connect convenience while supporting appliances up to 38,000 BTU/H. It also works with properly converted LPG appliances when orifice changes have been made (conversion kit not included).

Will this hose fit my grill or outdoor appliance?

Compatibility depends on the appliance fittings and whether the appliance uses natural gas or converted LPG. The hose comes with 3/8" male quick-connect plug and 3/8" female flare, plus an extra 3/8" female NPT to 3/8" female quick-connect adapter, covering many common configurations.

• Designed for Weber Spirit 310, 315 and Genesis 310, 315, 320, 325, 330 models.
• Works with natural gas patio heaters and pizza ovens with 3/8" connections.
• Can connect to converted LPG appliances if burner orifices are replaced.
• Includes an additional connector for more hookup options.

How safe and durable is the Rushare gas hose?

The hose uses high-quality rubber for flexibility and abrasion resistance, paired with solid brass fittings for corrosion resistance and a secure seal. Regular inspection and proper installation are still essential to maintain safety and performance.

• Solid brass connectors prevent galling and ensure tight seals.
• Thick rubber construction resists kinks and wear from outdoor use.
• Quick-connect fittings reduce time and effort when attaching or detaching appliances.
• Rated for short-distance supply and appliances up to 38,000 BTU/H.

How do I choose the right length and install the hose?

The 24-foot length offers flexibility for positioning grills or heaters away from the fixed gas outlet; measure the run from the gas source to the appliance before buying. Installation should follow the appliance manufacturer’s instructions and local codes; if unsure, hire a qualified technician to verify connections and perform leak tests.

• Measure the path including any bends or turns for accurate length needs.
• Avoid sharp bends or pinched areas that can stress the hose material.
• Use soap-and-water leak checks after installation; never use flame to test.
• Keep the hose clear of hot surfaces and moving parts to prevent damage.

What do the fittings and adapters include, and what do they mean?

The package includes a 3/8" ID hose with a 3/8" male quick-connect plug and a 3/8" female flare fitting, plus an extra adapter (3/8" female NPT to 3/8" female quick-connect). These connectors allow you to match common gas inlet styles found on grills and appliances without improvising unsafe connections.

• 3/8" male quick-connect plug: fast on/off connection to compatible quick-connect valves.
• 3/8" female flare: fits flared tubing or fittings used on many grills.
• 3/8" female NPT to quick-connect adapter: expands compatibility with threaded gas outlets.
• Refer to the included measurement guidance image to confirm sizing before purchase.
