OFFO Bird Spike Strips for Pigeons, Crows & Woodpeckers — Frosted White 45.1 ft, Modular Weather‑Resistant Low‑Profile

OFFO Bird Spikes are a lightweight, weather-resistant strip system that physically prevents pigeons, woodpeckers, crows and other birds from landing on ledges, balconies, gutters and windowsills.

If you want a low-profile, humane way to keep birds off building surfaces, OFFO’s modular spike strips cover 45.1 feet (13.7 m) and snap together for custom lengths. Made from durable polypropylene and designed to flex, cut and conform to curved or straight surfaces, these frosted-white spikes create a barrier that discourages perching without harming wildlife. They’re intended for outdoor use on balconies, patios, windows, roofs, gutters and fences—areas commonly affected by droppings, nesting and noise.

How do OFFO bird spikes stop birds from landing?

The spikes create an uneven, occupied surface that birds instinctively avoid. The dense arrangement of long and short tines makes it uncomfortable and unsafe for birds to settle, encouraging them to move elsewhere without injury.

• Long spike wires combined with short spikes block stable footing.
• Multiple modular strips link to form continuous coverage up to 45.1 ft.
• Physical barrier works passively—no electricity, chemicals or noise needed.

Will these spikes hold up in bad weather and extremes?

OFFO spikes are molded from high-quality polypropylene that retains shape across a wide temperature range. They resist rust, corrosion and UV degradation, so the strips remain effective through rain, snow and sun without bending or falling apart.

• Heat and cold tolerant between –15°C and 80°C (-4°F to 176°F).
• PP construction prevents rust and simplifies outdoor maintenance.
• Secure installation won’t loosen in windstorms or blizzards.

How easy is installation and sizing for different ledges?

Each base strip measures 12.5 inches (31.8 cm) in length, and strips click together so you can adapt coverage to any ledge length. The flexible, bendable base is easy to trim with scissors or shears for curved gutters and odd-shaped perches.

• Base width 1.29 in (3.3 cm) and height 1.5 in (3.8 cm) for low-profile fit.
• Cut-to-size strips for windowsills, fences, roofs, and gutters.
• Mount with screws or adhesive depending on surface material.

Are OFFO spikes safe for people and wildlife?

The design is deterrent-only: spikes prevent landing but aren’t intended to injure birds or other animals. Properly installed, the system protects property while remaining a humane option for urban wildlife control.

• Rounded spike tips and spacing discourage perching, not provoke injury.
• Suitable for public-facing spaces like balconies and storefronts.
• Non-toxic polypropylene construction requires no chemicals.
