You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

These propagation stations combine heat-resistant borosilicate glass bulbs with a hand-colored, mineral-tinted finish and a sturdy wooden stand to create a compact, attractive home for water-based rooting and small plant displays. Each glass heart is clear yet tinted by food-grade minerals so color remains vivid over time, while the wooden frame keeps the vases upright and visible from every angle. The unit’s compact footprint makes it suitable for apartments, offices, and small gardening corners.
The glass bulbs are molded from high borosilicate (heat-resistant) glass and tinted using food-grade natural minerals for a long-lasting translucent color. The stand is carved from solid natural wood and sized to hold the three heart-shaped vases securely.
The wooden stand is compact and low-profile so it fits comfortably on desks, kitchen counters, and narrow window sills. Individual vases are sized for cuttings and small decorative stems, giving you an elegant display without taking much space.
These vases are made for water-based propagation: place plant cuttings in the narrow openings, top up with clean water, and change the water regularly for best rooting. Clean the glass occasionally to keep the colored tint looking transparent and to prevent algae or residue build-up.
Glass is fragile despite careful packaging; MTsigns monitors shipments and offers support if damage occurs in transit. The heart-shaped design and polished presentation make the set a ready gift for plant lovers on special occasions.
Who is this for? The MTsigns Heart-Shaped Glass Terrarium Propagation Stations suit urban gardeners, office workers, and anyone who wants an elegant, low-footprint way to root cuttings or show off small plants. It’s especially useful for people who appreciate handcrafted materials and long-lasting color in a compact decorative piece that doubles as a functional hydroponic station.
Q: Can I use soil in these heart-shaped vases?
A: They’re designed for water propagation; the small openings and glass shape work best with hydroponic rooting rather than potting soil.
Q: How often should I change the water?
A: Replace water weekly and rinse the vase to prevent algae and keep cuttings healthy.
