We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The MOCREO 2000ft Remote Temperature Humidity Monitor is a long-range, three-sensor system with on-site 90 dB alarm, remote alerts, and two years of logged climate history.
Designed for properties and spaces without reliable power or WiFi at the point of measurement, this kit lets you place battery-powered sensors up to 2000 feet line-of-sight from the hub. Each sensor reports temperature and relative humidity to a single hub by your router; the hub combines audible/local alerts with push, email and iOS Critical Alerts and retains up to two years of readings you can export for analysis.
The three included sensors communicate directly with the hub via a long-range radio link, not WiFi, so they run on batteries and work in detached garages, greenhouses, barns and other off-grid spots. The hub only needs to be near your router to give remote access and notification forwarding.
When readings exceed the thresholds you set, the hub sounds a 90 dB alarm and lights a built-in night light so someone on-site notices immediately. At the same time the system sends push notifications, optional email alerts and iOS Critical Alerts, and you can mute remotely after confirming the situation.
The monitor warns you if the hub loses power or WiFi and also flags sensor low batteries, so you won’t be falsely reassured by a silent, offline unit. Historical data is stored locally and in the cloud so you can review trends and export records even after an incident.
In-app calculations include dew point and VPD (vapor pressure deficit), giving deeper context for growers, collectors or equipment owners who need more than raw numbers. Those calculated values help you decide when to ventilate, heat, or dehumidify without guessing from a single reading.
Who is this for? The MOCREO 2000ft monitor suits homeowners, growers, hobbyists and small-business operators who need reliable climate oversight in remote or unpowered locations: greenhouses, detached garages, barns, wine cellars, storerooms and off-grid cabins. It’s particularly helpful when audible local alarms matter (for overnight protection) and when multi-site logging plus exportable records are required. Note: sensors are intended for dry, sheltered, above-freezing placements and are not waterproof—choose a probe-equipped model for continuous fridge or freezer monitoring.
Q: Do the sensors need WiFi or power at the measurement site?
A: No. Each battery sensor uses long-range radio to the hub and requires no local WiFi or mains power.
Q: Can I export historical temperature and humidity data?
A: Yes. The hub stores up to two years of history and lets you export CSV files for review.
