Mikatesi 7/8-inch Shaft Vertical Pressure Washer Pump — Front-Outlet, 2600 PSI 2.2 GPM, 5 Nozzles

The Mikatesi 7/8" shaft vertical pressure washer pump is a durable front-outlet replacement pump rated up to 3000 PSI and delivering 2.2–2.5 GPM, compatible with many 4–7 HP engines and including five nozzle tips.

When your pressure washer pump fails, replacing the pump is usually far cheaper than buying a new machine. This Mikatesi vertical pump is built to fit common front-outlet engines (4–7 HP / 180–196cc) and offers a balance of higher-rated peak pressure and a reliable rated operating point—making it a practical swap for Troy Bilt, Karcher-style and many other pressure washer models.

Will this pump fit my pressure washer?

Compatibility centers on pump mounting style, shaft size, and engine orientation. The Mikatesi unit has a 7/8" vertical shaft and is designed for front-outlet, horizontal-face mounts commonly used on 180–196cc engines; included cross-replacement references simplify matching to common OEM part numbers.

• 7/8" vertical shaft for front-outlet configurations.
• Fits most 4–7 HP (180–196cc) engines with front outlet mounting.
• Listed compatible models include many Troy Bilt, Husky, AR, and similar units.

How does it perform and what are the operating specs?

Mikatesi rates the pump at a maximum of 3000 PSI and a peak of 2.5 GPM at 3400 RPM; its recommended operating rating is 2600 PSI at 2.2 GPM. The design balances pressure and flow for general cleaning tasks while offering thermal protection and an adjustable unloader for tuning pressure to the engine.

• Rated: 2600 PSI / 2.2 GPM; Max: 3000 PSI / 2.5 GPM at 3400 RPM.
• Includes five color-coded nozzle tips (0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, 65°) for varied cleaning tasks.
• Adjustable unloader valve lets you reduce or raise outlet pressure to match engine output.

What durability and maintenance features does this pump include?

The pump uses a double-seal system, upgraded piston and bearing surfaces, and a die-cast aluminum body to resist corrosion and extend service life. It ships prefilled with oil for maintenance-free startup and includes a thermal relief valve to protect the pump when the spray gun is closed or in bypass.

• Double seal design minimizes leakage and extends run time.
• Thermal relief valve (TRV) prevents overheating in bypass mode.
• Pre-filled oil and corrosion-resistant aluminum construction reduce upkeep.

How easy is installation and what tools or parts are included?

Installation is straightforward for users familiar with swapping pressure washer pumps: match the 7/8" shaft and front-outlet mounting pattern, secure the pump, and connect hose and unloader fittings. The pump ships with five nozzle tips to get you cleaning right away, though gaskets, mounting bolts, or couplers may be required depending on your machine.

• Simple bolt-on replacement for compatible front-outlet pumps.
• Includes five nozzles (0°, 15°, 25°, 40°, 65°) for immediate use.
• Check for required mounting bolts, couplers, and correct shaft alignment before installation.

Who is this for? The Mikatesi 7/8" vertical pressure washer pump is aimed at homeowners, landscapers, and small contractors who need a cost-effective, long-lasting replacement pump for common 4–7 HP pressure washers. Choose this pump if you want a higher-rated, maintenance-friendly unit with an adjustable unloader and multiple nozzle tips—especially when your machine uses a front-outlet mount and 7/8" shaft.
