Marsrut Unistrut Solar Panel Mid Clamps 20-Piece Kit — Adjustable Aluminum, Corrosion-Resistant Hardware

Marsrut 20-piece adjustable aluminum mid clamps securely fasten PV modules to Unistrut rails, providing a corrosion-resistant and easy-to-install mounting solution.

These Marsrut mid clamps are engineered for rooftop and mobile solar systems that use Unistrut-style channels. Each kit includes 20 clamps with matching hardware sized to tighten panels to rails, giving installers and DIYers enough parts for multi-panel arrays or spare replacements. Built from high-strength aluminum, the clips resist rust and maintain grip across temperature swings and outdoor exposure.

How do these clamps attach to Unistrut rails?

The clamps slide into the Unistrut channel and lock in place before securing the panel edge with a bolt and nut. Installation requires only basic tools—an Allen wrench or hex key—to tighten the bolt and make a firm connection between the panel frame and rail.

• Slide-in design fits standard Unistrut slots for quick placement
• Turn-to-lock action holds clamp at desired position
• Hex-bolt tightening secures panel frames without drilling
• Includes nuts and bolts sized for typical PV frames

Will these clamps hold large solar panels and withstand outdoor conditions?

Yes — the clamps are formed from high-strength aluminum that balances light weight with structural rigidity. Their corrosion-resistant finish and robust profile help them endure wind, rain, and temperature cycling common in rooftop and marine installations.

• Aluminum construction minimizes rust while keeping strength
• Wide clamp face distributes load across the panel frame
• Designed to resist loosening from vibration and thermal changes
• Appropriate for residential roofs, RVs, boats and elevated arrays

Are these clamps easy to install for one person or a small crew?

The product is intended for straightforward, time-saving installation: insert the clip into the rail, rotate to engage, then tighten the bolt. No specialized machinery is required, making these clips practical for single installers or small teams on tight schedules.

• Slip-and-lock action reduces handling time on the roof
• Simple Allen-wrench tightening works with common tool kits
• 20-piece count supplies multiple attachment points and spares
• Pre-sized hardware avoids on-site cutting or modifications

What should I check before buying Marsrut mid clamps?

Measure your rail slot and panel frame thickness to confirm compatibility, since Unistrut dimensions can vary by system. Also verify that the bolt and nut thread sizes match your existing mounting hardware or plan to use the supplied bolts for a uniform installation.

• Confirm Unistrut channel and slot dimensions match clamp fit
• Check panel frame edge thickness against clamp capacity
• Ensure bolt thread size is compatible with your rails and hardware
• Order quantity based on panel count and required mid-clip positions

Who is this for: Installers, contractors, and hands-on homeowners who use Unistrut or similar strut channel systems for PV arrays will find this Marsrut 20-pack useful. It’s ideal for residential rooftop systems, mobile solar on RVs and boats, and projects needing durable, corrosion-resistant mid clamps with easy, repeatable installation. Buyers looking for a ready supply of replacement clips and hardware for maintenance or new arrays will appreciate the practical quantity and aluminum durability.
