We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Free 30-day returns. Email us for a prepaid label — refunds land within 3–5 business days of the return arriving. Your statutory rights always apply on top.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The Lifebuoy Solo is a standalone floating pool alarm that sounds a 110 dB local alarm when it detects disturbances as light as 5 lb, controlled via a Bluetooth app but not sending push alerts to your phone.
If you need a visible, audible pool safety device that sits in the water and triggers a loud local alarm, the Lifebuoy Solo is built for that role. It is a self-contained floating alarm suitable for both inground and above-ground pools. Note that Solo is not ASTM F2208 certified, does not send notifications to mobile phones, and cannot connect to or expand with BCone systems or home-unit-required city-code systems.
The Solo uses sensitive motion and impact detection calibrated to register disturbances down to about 5 lb on the maximum sensitivity setting. The device runs a smart algorithm to reduce false alarms from wind or small waves and includes a special swim mode to avoid triggering when people intentionally enter the pool.
The Lifebuoy Bluetooth app is intended for setup, customization and local control only — it does not push alarms or notifications to your phone. You can configure sensitivity, toggle swim mode, and monitor battery status via the app when you are within Bluetooth range, but the Solo’s alarm output is a loud on-device siren rather than a remote mobile alert.
The Solo emits up to 110 dB to ensure the alarm is heard from around the pool area. It is built to resist sunlight, UV degradation and common pool chemicals so it remains operational season after season. Battery life and maintenance depend on usage and storage; regular checks via the app and visual inspections are recommended.
Solo is a standalone floating alarm and may not meet regulations in jurisdictions that require a home-unit or networked system. It is not ASTM F2208 certified and cannot be used as a component with BCone systems, so verify local code requirements before relying on it as your primary legal safety device.
Who this is for: Lifebuoy Solo fits pool owners who want an easy-to-install, self-contained floating alarm that delivers a loud local siren and on-device intelligence without remote mobile alerts. It’s ideal for homeowners seeking an extra layer of audible pool protection for family and pets, for pools where a standalone alarm is acceptable under local rules, and for users who prefer simple Bluetooth-based setup and controls rather than cloud notifications or integrated home-unit networks. If you require AST M certification, cloud alerts to smartphones, or compatibility with BCone or home-unit systems, consider those alternatives alongside the Solo.
Q: Does the Solo send alarm notifications to my phone?
A: No. The Lifebuoy app configures and monitors the Solo via Bluetooth but does not send remote push notifications.
Q: Is the Solo compatible with BCone or ASTM F2208 certified?
A: No. Solo is not compatible with BCone and is not ASTM F2208 certified; check local codes before use.
