KIKITE Generator Wheel Kit for Champion 2800–4750W — 8" Never-Flat Tires, Folding Handles & Support Leg

The KIKITE Generator Wheel Kit replaces worn mobility parts on compatible Champion 2800–4750W generators with two 8" never-flat tires, two folding handles, a support leg and all necessary mounting hardware.

If your Champion portable generator (manufactured after January 2013) feels clumsy to move or has damaged wheels, this complete KIKITE kit restores easy transport and stable setup. Designed as a direct-fit aftermarket replacement for models that accept accessory mounting holes, the kit includes two durable 8-inch never-flat wheels, two interchangeable folding handles to suit different mounting positions, a support leg for steadiness, and the bolts, nuts and brackets required for installation.

How will these wheels improve moving my generator?

Swapping in the 8" never-flat tires reduces rolling resistance and eliminates downtime from punctures, making transport across gravel, grass, or pavement smoother. The larger diameter also raises clearance slightly for uneven surfaces, reducing strain when lifting or pulling.

• Never-flat tires resist punctures and require no inflation.
• 8-inch diameter helps roll over small obstacles and thresholds.
• Included hardware enables secure attachment for safe towing.

Are these parts compatible with my Champion 2800–4750W generator?

The kit is intended for Champion generators rated between 2800 and 4750 watts that were produced after January 2013 and that feature the standard accessory mounting holes. Check your generator’s frame for compatible holes before purchase to confirm fit.

• Compatible with models built after January 2013 within the 2800–4750W range.
• Part number: Generator Wheel Kit 40065; wheel ref: 100714023-001.
• Verify your generator has the reserved mounting locations for wheels and handles.

What comes in the KIKITE replacement kit and what tools are needed?

The package includes two wheels, two folding handles, one support leg, and all mount brackets, bolts and fasteners needed for installation. Basic hand tools—wrenches and a socket set—are typically sufficient; tightening hardware after installation is important to prevent loosening during use.

• Package contents: 2 wheels, 2 handles, 1 support leg, mounting accessories.
• Required tools: common wrench and socket set; possibly pliers for cotter pins.
• Installation tip: re-tighten hardware after the first few uses to ensure safety.

How durable and stable is the support leg and handle design?

The support leg adds a stable resting point when the generator is parked, and the folding handles let you store them compactly when not in use. Built from corrosion-resistant metal components and engineered for the generator’s weight class, the kit prioritizes long-term durability and reliable leverage during transport.

• Support leg stabilizes the unit during operation and prevents tipping.
• Folding handles fold away for compact storage and transport.
• Metal brackets and hardware designed to withstand outdoor conditions.

Who this is for: This KIKITE Generator Wheel Kit is aimed at owners of Champion 2800–4750W portable generators who need to replace worn or damaged mobility parts, want puncture-resistant tires for varied terrain, or prefer folding handles for easier storage. It’s suitable for homeowners, contractors, RV users and event crews who value reliable transport, quick installation and parts manufactured to match common Champion accessory mounts. Before ordering, confirm your generator’s build date is January 2013 or later and that mounting holes are present to accept the kit.
