You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The IncwBo 12" 10.5AMP corded electric roto tiller is a compact, lightweight cultivator built to break up soil up to 12 inches wide and 8 inches deep with four rust-resistant blades and built-in overload protection.
Designed for small beds, vegetable plots and seasonal garden refreshes, this corded tiller offers a balance of power and maneuverability. Its 10.5-amp motor supplies steady torque for aerating, mixing compost and loosening compacted topsoil while the narrow chassis and ergonomic handle make it easy to steer between rows. The unit includes a soil spur for improved forward control and a mechanical cutoff that stops the blades if the tines jam.
The 10.5-amp motor with four sturdy, rust-resistant blades is intended to penetrate tighter soil surfaces that garden forks and hand tools struggle with. It won’t replace heavy-duty gas tillers for large acreage, but for raised beds and small plots it loosens and mixes soil effectively.
Yes — the slim profile and integrated spur give better forward traction and user control across narrow rows and garden paths. The corded design keeps weight low and balanced, so you can guide the unit precisely without heavy lifting.
The IncwBo cultivator includes a mechanical overload protection system that stops the blades if the tines become obstructed, helping to protect the motor and extend product life. Blades are rust-resistant and the chassis is intended for regular garden use.
Use steady, overlapping passes across your bed rather than attempting deep passes in a single run. Clear large roots, rocks and debris before starting, and rinse blades after use to prevent soil buildup. Store indoors or in a covered space to protect electrical components.
Who is this for: The IncwBo 12" 10.5AMP corded electric roto tiller is aimed at home gardeners, urban growers and hobby farmers who want a lightweight, easy-to-handle cultivator for raised beds, small vegetable plots and garden renovation projects. It’s a practical choice when you need more power and depth than hand tools but don’t require a heavy gas tiller for large-scale landscaping.
Q: What area can this 12-inch tiller handle?
A: It tills rows up to 12 inches wide and about 8 inches deep, ideal for raised beds and small garden plots.
Q: Does the tiller have safety protection if it jams?
A: Yes. A mechanical overload cutoff stops the motor automatically if the tines become obstructed.
