Gibbab 35FT 10AWG XT60 Solar Charging Cable — IP68 Waterproof, 30A Low-Loss Extension

The Gibbab 35FT 10AWG XT60 Solar Charging Cable is a heavy-duty XT60-to-solar-panel extension built for reliable, low-loss charging between solar arrays and XT60-equipped generators or battery packs.

Designed for portable power stations, RV systems, LiFePO4 batteries and off-grid setups, this 35-foot cable pairs a Y-type solar panel plug (male/female) with a durable XT60 connector. Built from 10AWG SPT-2 pure oxygen-free copper and finished with rugged insulation and an IP68-rated housing, the cable minimizes resistance, resists the elements and makes placement flexible when panels and generators are far apart.

How does this cable reduce power loss during solar charging?

The Gibbab cable uses thick 10AWG pure copper conductors and a secure XT60 plug to keep voltage drop and heat buildup low. That combination supports higher current flow with better efficiency than thinner leads, which is especially important over 35 feet.

• 10AWG SPT-2 100% pure copper for low resistance
• 24K gold-plated XT60 pin for improved contact conductivity
• Designed for continuous 30A operation to limit voltage drop
• Parallel red/black design reduces tangles and installation errors

Is the cable durable enough for outdoor and mobile use?

This extension is engineered for long service life: reinforced injection-molded XT60 connectors passed 20,000+ bend and plug cycles and the jacket materials resist UV, heat, cold, corrosion and flame. An IP68-rated connector housing keeps out water and dust for reliable outdoor performance.

• IP68 waterproof and dustproof connector housing
• PVC and PPO flame-retardant jacket resists extreme temperatures
• 24K gold plating and oxygen-free copper reduce corrosion
• 20,000+ bend-tested XT60 for extended mechanical life

How easy is it to install and what equipment is it compatible with?

The cable is plug-and-play with a locking XT60 connector and a Y-type solar plug (male/female), so you can quickly link solar panels to generators, battery packs or XT60-equipped chargers without tools. The clearly colored parallel wires (red positive, black negative) speed setup and lower the risk of wiring mistakes.

• XT60 end locks securely into XT60 ports on power stations
• Y-type solar plug fits solar panels with matching connectors
• 35-foot length allows flexible panel placement from the generator
• Works with most XT60-compatible solar generators and LiFePO4 systems

What operating conditions and safety features should I expect?

The cable is rated for wide temperature ranges and robust electrical loads, which makes it suitable for many climates and applications. Insulation and connector materials are chosen for heat resistance and electrical safety rather than cosmetic finish.

• Temperature range: -40°F to 248°F (-40°C to 120°C) for the wire
• Outdoor ambient rating: -40°F to 194°F (-40°C to 90°C)
• Rated for continuous 30A charging currents
• PVC/PPO materials provide flame retardance and UV resistance

Who this cable is for: installers, RV owners, vanlifers, overlanders and anyone building portable or remote solar charging systems who needs a long, robust XT60 extension. If you require a weatherproof, low-loss 35-foot link between solar panels and an XT60-equipped power station or LiFePO4 battery, Gibbab's 10AWG cable balances performance, durability and straightforward plug-and-play use.
