You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Whether you’re filling pots, working from seed trays, or transferring soil between bags, this compact scoop is built to make the task cleaner and faster. The blade’s thickness and serrated edges cut through compacted soil and roots, while the curved profile cradles and releases dirt for a neater hole or container. It’s designed for home gardeners, balcony growers, and professionals who want a reliable tool that resists rust and stands up to regular use.
The scoop’s shape and weight let you move soil with fewer spills and more control than a trowel or flimsy scoop. Its blade cradles soil for precise placement and a cleaner transfer into small pots or seed cells.
Garden Works uses a premium 18-gauge stainless steel blade that resists bending and corrosion for frequent outdoor use. The handle is molded from recycled materials to provide a secure grip while lowering the tool’s environmental impact.
Its cradling blade design lets you shape a tighter, cleaner hole for seedlings and transplants, minimizing disturbance to roots and surrounding soil. The scoop also helps reduce the mess that comes from pouring soil directly from bags or large containers.
Use the scoop to fill pots, mix small amounts of amendments, or create planting pockets. Rinse off coarse soil after each session and dry the blade before storing to preserve the finish and prevent surface corrosion over time.
Who is this for? The Original Soil Scoop™ suits beginner gardeners, container growers, greenhouse workers, and landscape professionals who need a dependable hand tool for moving soil and creating planting cavities. If you regularly work with potting mixes, composted blends, or rooty soil and want less mess with greater control, this scoop is a practical addition to your kit. Its robust stainless blade and recycled-material handle make it a durable, eco-aware choice for everyday gardening tasks.
Q: Is the Soil Scoop™ rust-resistant?
