EasiBBQ Full-Size Flat Top Griddle for Weber Genesis II 300 Series — 18.7x25.6 in Coated One-Piece Insert

The EasiBBQ full-size flat top griddle is a one-piece coated insert designed to replace Weber part 6788 and convert your Genesis II 300 Series grill into a large, even-heating flat top cooking surface.

Swap your standard grates for this rectangular griddle to expand what you can cook on your Weber Genesis II E-310/315/325/330/335 and S-310/335 models. Built to fit the full cooking area, the EasiBBQ griddle sits closer to the burners than typical grate-top skillets, so it reaches griddle temperatures faster and provides a continuous hot zone for searing, stir-frying, or delicate foods that need a flat surface.

How does the EasiBBQ griddle fit my Weber Genesis II 300 Series?

This griddle is crafted as a direct full-size insert compatible with many Genesis II 300-series models and replaces Weber part number 6788. Before ordering, check your grill’s model year and dimensions to ensure a perfect fit.

• Fits Genesis II E-310/E-315/E-325/E-330/E-335 and S-310/S-335 models.
• Also compatible with select Genesis II LX/E/S and newer 2022 series variants.
• Designed as a drop-in replacement for Weber 6788-style inserts.
• Measure internal grill width and depth against 18.7 x 25.6 inches before purchase.

What cooking tasks is this flat top griddle best for?

The large, uninterrupted surface is ideal for anything that benefits from a level pan: searing steaks, frying eggs, tossing vegetables, or making pancakes. Heat distribution across the griddle helps maintain consistent results when cooking multiple items at once.

• Sear steaks and chops evenly across the entire surface.
• Stir-fry vegetables and noodles without food falling through grates.
• Cook breakfast foods—eggs, bacon, and pancakes—simultaneously.
• Use for sautéing potatoes or making flatbreads and quesadillas.

How does this griddle perform compared with grate-mounted pans?

Because the EasiBBQ insert sits lower and closer to the burners than grate-mounted pans, it reaches the necessary cooking temperature quicker and sustains heat more efficiently. The coated surface aids in release and cleanup, creating a more user-friendly flat-top experience.

• Closer proximity to burners speeds heat-up time and recovery.
• Full-width contact eliminates cold spots common with smaller pans.
• Coated finish helps reduce sticking and simplifies cleaning.
• One-piece design avoids gaps where food can drop into the firebox.

What materials and dimensions should I expect?

This EasiBBQ insert is sized to provide a broad 18.7 x 25.6-inch cooking surface and is built as a single rectangular plate with a durable coating. It’s engineered to match the footprint of Weber full-size griddle inserts so it replaces the original part without modification.

• Cooking surface measures approximately 18.7 x 25.6 inches.
• Single-piece flat plate with a heat-tolerant coating for release.
• Constructed to align with factory insert supports and notches.
• Lightweight enough for easy removal, heavy enough for stable cooking.

Who is this for? Home grillers who want to broaden their outdoor menu—breakfast lovers, families that cook multiple items at once, and anyone who wants the ease of a flat, continuous surface on a compatible Weber Genesis II 300-series grill will benefit. It’s also a practical replacement for owners seeking a direct 6788-style insert swap without modifying the grill.
