Eadwiella's 43-inch 4-prong pitchfork is a heavy-duty garden fork built to break up soil, turn compost, and lift root crops with a durable stainless-steel head and comfortable D-grip ash handle.
This all-purpose garden fork combines a rust-resistant, mirror-polished steel tine assembly with a long FSC-certified ash shaft and ergonomic D handle. Designed for gardeners who need strength and control when working with moist soil, compost piles, manure or heavy clods, the tool balances durability with user comfort. Every tine is fully welded to the crossbar to reduce the risk of bending or snapping during heavy use, while the riveted strapped socket adds a slight flex that helps transfer lifting leverage to the lower handle.
The four robust stainless-steel tines penetrate compacted, wet, or heavy organic material without bending, allowing you to turn and aerate piles quickly. Its rust-resistant finish prevents corrosion from long exposure to moisture or fertilizers.
Yes — the narrow, spaced tines lift soil and roots gently, making it easier to extract carrots, potatoes, and other root crops without excessive damage. The firm tines pry and loosen compact soil so you can lift produce cleanly to the surface.
The FSC-certified ash handle features a D-style grip and an extra-long riveted socket that sends lifting force to the lower shaft, improving leverage and posture. This design reduces the need to bend deeply and helps maintain a more natural lifting motion for repetitive garden tasks.
This fork is built for a range of chores: soil loosening before planting, mixing compost into beds, lifting root crops, and sorting weed roots. Its combination of durable steel tines and a resilient wooden handle makes it a reliable general-use tool for both vegetable and ornamental gardens.
Who is this for? The Eadwiella 43" 4-prong pitchfork is aimed at home gardeners, small-scale vegetable growers, and hobby market farmers who need a dependable tool for compost turning, soil work, and harvest lifting. It also suits gardeners who value a comfortable grip and a rust-resistant head that stands up to moist or organic materials. If you want a long-lasting fork that balances strength with ergonomic design, this tool is a practical choice and a thoughtful gift for enthusiastic growers.
Q: Are the tines rust-resistant?
A: Yes. The mirror-polished stainless-steel tines and rust-resistant head are made to withstand moist compost and manure.
Q: What length is the handle and does it reduce bending?
A: The shaft is 43 inches with a D-handle; its design improves leverage and reduces the need to bend deeply.
