The Danner ProLine Pro2000 Waterfall Box is a compact, buryable waterfall reservoir with a wide spillway and included blue mechanical debris pad for clearer, more aerated pond water.
This Pro2000 unit is built from impact-resistant polypropylene and designed to combine a natural-looking waterfall with practical filtration capacity. It accepts stepped barbed fittings for multiple tubing sizes, holds supplemental filter media, and offers a broad weir for increased oxygen transfer. The box is sized to be hidden in landscaping while supporting up to a 2000 GPH pump (sold separately), making it a convenient core piece for small to medium waterfall features.
The extra-wide spillway disperses water across a broad lip, producing a louder, wider cascade and better aeration than narrow outlets. The extended weir lip lets you stack stones or conceal the edge for a seamless, natural look.
Yes—its internal layout accepts mechanical and biological media so debris is trapped and beneficial bacteria can colonize. The included blue mechanical debris filter pad captures solids, and the container design provides room for additional media to enhance biological filtration.
The Pro2000 comes pre-bored for a 1 7/8" inlet and includes stepped barbed fittings that fit 3/4", 1", 1 1/4" and 1 1/2" tubing, letting you match common pond plumbing. It’s engineered to perform with pumps up to 2000 GPH; choose pump size based on desired flow over the spillway and overall pond circulation needs.
The lightweight polypropylene shell can be set into a prepared cavity and backfilled so only the waterfall face is visible. Its dimensions and lip geometry make it simple to integrate stonework and plantings for a natural finish.
Who is this for: The Danner ProLine Pro2000 is aimed at homeowners, landscapers, and water-feature enthusiasts who want a discreet, robust waterfall source that also supports basic filtration. It works well for small to mid-sized pond or water-garden projects where an easy-to-hide unit, flexible plumbing options, and the ability to add mechanical or biological media are priorities.
Q: What pump size should I use with the Pro2000?
A: Use a pump up to 2000 GPH; choose lower flow for gentler cascades and maximum for dramatic, wide waterfalls.
Q: Does the Pro2000 include plumbing fittings?
A: Yes. It includes stepped barb fittings that fit 3/4", 1", 1 1/4" and 1 1/2" tubing and a pre-bored 1 7/8" inlet.
