coyardor 3/4" Shaft Triplex Pressure Washer Pump Horizontal Mount — 3600 PSI, 2.5 GPM Adjustable

COYARDOR's 3/4" shaft triplex pressure-washer pump delivers up to 3600 PSI and 2.5 GPM in a horizontal mount designed for 5–8 HP engines. This heavy-duty replacement pump is engineered for demanding residential and light-commercial cleaning tasks. It’s a horizontal triplex design with a 3/4" shaft that fits most 5–8 HP (160–270 cc) pressure-washer engines and offers an adjustable pressure range to match jobs from delicate siding to stubborn driveway grime. Built-in features like a stainless-steel 3/8" socket, thermal relief valve, and visible oil sight glass make maintenance and installation straightforward.

How do I match this pump to my engine and washer?

Confirm three key things before ordering: shaft size, pump orientation, and bolt pattern. This COYARDOR pump requires a horizontal 3/4" shaft and is intended for engines rated about 5–8 HP (160–270 cc). The pump’s mounting holes and bolt spacing should be compared to your current unit to ensure a direct fit.

• Fits horizontal 3/4" shafts on 5–8 HP engines (160–270 cc).
• Check bolt pattern and orientation against your old pump.
• Designed for common NH inlet fittings for easy hose hookup.

What pressure and flow control options does it offer?

The pump’s red unloader knob lets you dial pressure down for sensitive surfaces or up for heavy cleaning. Adjustable from roughly 2600 to 3600 PSI, it supports flows near 2.5 GPM to balance cleaning power and water usage. Use lower settings for vehicles and siding; increase pressure for concrete and equipment cleaning.

• Adjustable pressure range: ~2600–3600 PSI using the unloader knob.
• Nominal flow: 2.5 gallons per minute for efficient cleaning cycles.
• Simple mechanical adjustment — no complex tools required.

How durable and serviceable is the pump for frequent use?

COYARDOR built this pump to withstand extended service: a heavy-duty 500-hour design life, corrosion-resistant stainless-steel socket, and a thermal relief valve to reduce heat stress. Routine oil checks are easy thanks to a built-in sight glass, and recommended oil changes every 50–60 hours help preserve seals and bearings. Those features minimize downtime and simplify maintenance in the field.

• Designed for up to 500 hours of reliable operation under normal use.
• Stainless-steel 3/8" socket reduces rust and wear on threaded connections.
• Thermal relief valve protects against overheating during heavy loads.
• Oil sight glass for quick visual maintenance checks; use 15W-40 engine oil.

How fast is the installation and what connections are included?

Installation is meant to be fast — most users report about a 10-minute swap when matching shaft and bolt pattern. The unit features a 3/4" NH inlet and a chemical injection port for detergent hookups, plus the stainless 3/8" socket that eases hose attachment. Basic hand tools are usually all that’s required for a quick field replacement.

• Typical install time: roughly 10 minutes with matching hardware.
• 3/4" NH inlet and chemical injection port for detergent use.
• Stainless 3/8" socket simplifies hose connection and reduces leaks.

Who is this for This COYARDOR horizontal triplex pump is aimed at DIYers, landscapers, and light-commercial operators who need a robust replacement or upgrade for a 5–8 HP pressure washer. It suits anyone who wants adjustable pressure for versatile cleaning jobs, easier maintenance via an oil sight glass, and corrosion-resistant fittings for longer service life. Verify shaft size, mounting pattern, and engine compatibility before purchasing to ensure a seamless swap.
