The Costa Farms Champs Élysées Golden Pothos is a rare, lime-green trailing houseplant known for crested leaf undersides and easy, low-maintenance growth that climbs or cascades beyond five feet.
Originating from a Japanese selection, the Champs Élysées is prized for its vivid lime foliage and unique ridged texture on the underside of each leaf. Part of Costa Farms’ Trending Tropical Collection, this cultivar is less common in North America and makes a distinctive focal plant for shelves, hanging baskets, or moss poles. It ships fresh from the farm with protective packaging so it arrives ready to style in your home.
This cultivar stands out thanks to its bright lime coloration and noticeable crests on the lower leaf surface, a visual trait not found on standard Neon or Golden Pothos. The ridged undersides add depth and texture, creating interest from multiple viewing angles.
The Champs Élysées prefers medium to bright, indirect light—about 3–4 feet from an east or west-facing window is ideal. Water when the top half of the potting mix dries; it tolerates lower light but will grow most vigorously with brighter, filtered light.
The plant’s trailing vines look excellent spilling from hanging baskets, draping over shelves, or trained up a pole for a climbing display. Its vibrant leaves are camera-friendly, making it a popular subject for social posts and indoor styling.
This pothos variety is well suited to beginners because it tolerates a range of indoor conditions and recovers well from minor care mistakes. Regular, simple maintenance—correct light, measured watering, and occasional feeding—keeps it healthy and attractive.
Who is this plant for? The Costa Farms Champs Élysées Golden Pothos is ideal for plant collectors seeking a rare, photogenic specimen, as well as new plant owners who want a striking but undemanding addition to their home. It suits urban apartments, offices, and living rooms where a bold trailing vine can add texture and fresh color. Note: this plant is for ornamental use only and should not be ingested; handle with care if you have pets or sensitive skin.
Q: Is Champs Élysées pothos pet-safe?
A: No, this plant is ornamental and can cause discomfort if ingested; keep out of reach of pets and children.
Q: How often should I water my Champs Élysées?
A: Water when the top half of the soil feels dry—typically every 7–14 days depending on light and humidity.
