You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Hand-selected from Costa Farms growers, this Calathea offers striking leaves and approachable care for people who want a statement plant without demanding sunlight. Its richly patterned foliage and subtle nightly leaf folding add visual interest and a sense of motion, making it a standout on shelves, desks, or side tables. Arriving carefully packaged, the plant is ready to settle into indoor settings where moderate humidity and indirect light are available.
This Calathea prefers bright, indirect light but adapts well to lower-light corners—avoid direct afternoon sun to prevent leaf scorch. Water when the top inch of soil feels slightly dry; consistent moisture (but not waterlogging) keeps leaves supple and minimizes browning.
Calathea adds living green to interiors, creating a fresher-looking room and promoting a soothing atmosphere. While not a medical device, many people find that indoor plants help reduce dust and make spaces feel cleaner and more relaxing.
Size at delivery varies by cultivar, but most retail Calatheas remain compact, ideal for tabletops or plant stands. Repot every 12–18 months into a pot only slightly larger to keep growth healthy; choose a well-draining mix that retains some moisture.
Leaf crisping or browning often signals low humidity, inconsistent watering, or direct sun exposure. Regularly remove dust from leaves with a soft cloth, maintain steady moisture, and increase humidity for glossy, patterned foliage.
Who is this for: The Costa Farms Calathea is ideal for apartment dwellers, office workers, and anyone seeking a decorative, low-to-moderate care plant that adds pattern and motion to indoor spaces. It suits newcomers who want an attractive, manageable houseplant and plant collectors who appreciate foliage variety. Whether given as a thoughtful living gift or used to elevate home décor, this Calathea arrives ready to brighten rooms that receive indirect light and some humidity.
Q: Is this Calathea pet safe?
A: Calathea varieties are generally non-toxic to pets, but keep plants monitored and avoid ingestion to prevent mild stomach upset.
Q: How often will it need repotting?
A: Repot every 12–18 months into a slightly larger container to refresh soil and support steady, healthy growth.
