You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The Costa Farms Alocasia Polly is a 6-inch live indoor plant with dramatic arrow-shaped leaves and striking white veins, designed to add tropical style to homes and offices while being simple to care for.
The Alocasia Polly (African Mask Plant) is a compact, mounding houseplant that brings bold foliage contrast to shelves, desks, and countertops. Grown by Costa Farms and shipped in protective packaging, this variety is prized for glossy dark leaves with pale veins and an upright habit that reads like living art. It prefers bright, indirect light and moderate watering, making it approachable for both new plant owners and seasoned collectors who want a statement plant without complicated routines.
This Alocasia thrives in bright, indirect light; avoid hot, direct sun that can scorch the leaves. It tolerates medium light but will grow more slowly and show less pronounced leaf color in dimmer locations.
Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel slightly dry; keep soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Use a balanced houseplant fertilizer during the active growing season to support lush foliage.
Yellowing leaves often indicate overwatering, while brown tips can point to low humidity or underwatering. Pests like spider mites and mealybugs can appear; inspect leaves regularly and treat early with gentle methods.
In a 6-inch container, expect a compact, upright plant that typically stays manageable indoors but can produce larger leaves with optimal care. Repot every 12–18 months or when roots are crowded to refresh soil and allow steady growth.
Who is this for: The Costa Farms Alocasia Polly suits anyone seeking a striking focal plant—ideal for urban apartments, modern living rooms, offices, and plant collectors who appreciate dramatic foliage without complex maintenance. Note: keep out of reach of pets and children, as Alocasia plants are not for consumption. Arriving fresh from Costa Farms in secure packaging, this Alocasia makes a thoughtful gift or a bold new addition to a curated plant collection.
Q: Is Costa Farms Alocasia Polly pet safe?
A: No. Alocasia plants are not safe to ingest; keep away from pets and children.
Q: How often should I repot a 6-inch Alocasia?
A: Repot every 12–18 months or when roots crowd the pot, using fresh, well-draining mix.
