BougeRV Arch Pro 200W Flexible N-Type Fiberglass Solar Panel — 16BB, Anti-Shading, ETFE, IP68

This bendable fiberglass panel blends higher-conversion N-type cells, upgraded bypass diodes and an ETFE surface to improve energy capture, durability and outdoor performance. At just 2.5 mm thick and about 7.94 lbs, it fits confined or curved mounting areas—roof racks, RVs, boats and vehicles—where rigid modules can't. IP68 sealing and weather-resistant components make it suitable for camping, overland travel and emergency backup if you confirm voltage compatibility with your power station.

How does this panel keep producing power when part of it is shaded?

The Arch Pro uses upgraded bypass diode technology plus N-type 16BB cells to limit hot spots and maintain more consistent output under non-ideal light. That reduces single-cell losses when a corner or stripe is shaded.

• Upgraded bypass diodes reroute current to minimize drop from shaded areas.
• 16 busbar N-type cells boost conversion efficiency and reduce degradation.
• Design lowers hot-spot risk, extending usable module life.

Will this flexible panel survive outdoor use and transport?

Yes—ETFE replaces PET for a tougher, self-cleaning, scratch- and sand-resistant face, while sealed junctions provide IP68 water and dust protection. The construction is intended for repeated outdoor exposure and rough handling common in mobile setups.

• ETFE topsheet resists abrasion and simplifies maintenance.
• IP68-rated junction and cable sealing for wet conditions.
• Fiberglass backing and lamination help withstand flexing and movement.

How simple is installation and what mounting options work best?

Weighing under 8 lbs and only 2.5 mm thick, this panel supports multiple fastening methods to suit vehicles, boats or flat surfaces. It ships with 2.95 ft pre-attached cables and features ready-made hanging holes and adhesive-compatible backs for quick attachment.

• Pre-attached cables for immediate wiring to controllers or battery systems.
• Hanging holes, adhesive backing compatibility and glass-glue options.
• Compact size lets you fit more panels in limited roof space.

What electrical limits and compatibility should I check before buying?

The panel’s open-circuit voltage is about 36V ±5%—this can conflict with some power stations or charge controllers if not matched correctly. Rated wattage is measured under ideal lab conditions; real-world output varies with light, angle and temperature.

• Confirm your power station or MPPT/charge controller accepts the panel’s VOC range.
• Expect actual power below rated 200W depending on conditions.
• Panels can be wired in series for 24V/48V arrays when appropriate.

Who is this for? The BougeRV Arch Pro 200W flexible solar panel is aimed at RV owners, overlanders, boaters and DIY solar adopters who need light, low-profile modules that conform to curved roofs or tight spaces. It suits users who prioritize shading tolerance, weather resistance and easier installation—provided they verify voltage compatibility with their existing power station or system components. BougeRV also provides five years of tech support to help size and integrate the panel into a custom solar setup.
