You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you want a low-maintenance watering solution for houseplants, balcony pots, or container gardens, Blumat Classic stakes give steady, demand-driven hydration. Austrian-engineered and used by hobbyists and serious growers alike, these stakes rely on a ceramic cone that meters moisture through a tiny siphon—no electricity or timers required. The 6-pack includes an adapter so you can connect to bottles or reservoirs and configure the layout to fit any pot grouping.
The stakes use a pressure-differential siphon sealed behind a porous ceramic cone that senses soil moisture. When the root zone dries, the cone opens and draws water until moisture is restored; when the soil is wet, the siphon closes and flow stops.
The 6-pack gives you flexibility: shorten tubing for tidy single-pot setups or extend lines to reach larger planters and balcony troughs. The included adapter lets you attach common plastic bottles or reservoirs so you can create a continuous supply without frequent refills.
Yes—Blumat stakes are designed for a wide range of indoor and outdoor containers, from small nursery pots to larger decorative planters. Placement depth and number of stakes per pot determine delivery rate, so they adapt to succulents, herbs, ornamentals, and mixed plantings.
Installation is fast: push the ceramic cone into the soil near roots, route tubing to your water source, and attach the adapter to a bottle or reservoir. Maintenance consists of occasional rinsing of cones and checking tubing; no batteries, pumps, or programming needed.
Who this is for: Blumat Classic Self-Watering Stakes are a good fit for plant owners who want consistent, hands-off watering without automation or electricity. They suit apartment gardeners, seasonal travelers, balcony growers, and anyone who prefers a physical, reliable method to avoid root rot from overwatering or stress from missed watering. The 6-pack with adapter gives enough components for multiple containers or grouped plantings, and the modular tubing system lets you scale the setup as your collection grows.
Q: How many stakes per pot should I use?
A: Use one stake for small pots (under 6 in), two for medium pots, and three or more for large or thirsty plants.
Q: Can I connect the stakes to a water bottle?
A: Yes—the included adapter fits common bottles and small reservoirs for continuous supply and fewer refills.
