Beseetop's Deep Root Watering Tool is a stainless-steel spike with a trigger handle and optional fertilizer bottle that delivers water and liquid nutrients directly to the root zone for efficient deep watering.
If you want to reduce surface evaporation, minimize runoff, and feed trees and larger plants more effectively, this tool inserts below the soil surface and releases water where roots can quickly access it. Built as a one-piece stainless steel shaft with an adjustable auxiliary handle, it avoids weak joints and improves durability compared with segmented spikes. The gun-style trigger and lock let you control flow precisely, and the clear bottle plus brass shutoff valve add a convenient fertilizer-feeding option.
The pointed stainless-steel spike is designed to penetrate soil cleanly and reach the root zone with minimal excavation. Once inserted, water exits through four staggered side holes near the tip so moisture distributes beneath the surface rather than pooling above. This approach reduces surface compaction and helps water contact roots where it matters most.
The pistol-style trigger handle gives instant on/off control so you can water only while the spike is in position. A trigger lock keeps flow continuous when you need extended delivery without holding the handle. For feeding, attach the clear fertilizer bottle and use the brass shutoff valve to fine-tune combined water-and-nutrient flow.
The tip features four enlarged side exit holes arranged across two levels so if soil blocks one opening, the others continue to release water. The larger outlets help prevent clogging from fine particles or compacted earth, and the stainless-steel construction resists corrosion that can obstruct flow over time. This design works across loam, sand, and heavier clay, though very rocky or root-dense conditions may require careful insertion.
Run times depend on tree size and soil moisture—small ornamentals or shrubs often need short fills (a few minutes), while established trees may benefit from longer deliveries (10–30 minutes) to saturate the root zone. The brass shutoff valve and trigger give you control over flow rate so you can extend or shorten cycles without returning to the faucet. Use the clear bottle to add concentrated feeding over the same interval for efficient nutrient uptake.
Who is this for: gardeners, landscapers, and homeowners who care for trees, shrubs, and larger garden plants and want a durable, controlled way to hydrate and feed roots without surface runoff or constant trips to the faucet. It’s especially useful during dry seasons, for newly planted specimens that need targeted support, and for anyone who prefers subsurface watering to preserve soil structure and conserve water.
Q: Can I use the fertilizer bottle with granular fertilizer?
A: No. The fertilizer bottle accepts liquid fertilizer or fully dissolved water-soluble products only.
Q: Is the spike resistant to rust?
A: Yes. The one-piece shaft and tip are stainless steel to resist corrosion and prolong service life.
