BEEXTM Oxalic Acid Vaporizer 12V Portable Beehive Atomizer — Copper Head & Stainless Steel

BEEXTM Oxalic Acid Vaporizer is a portable 12V atomizing device designed to deliver oxalic acid vapor into beehives to help beekeepers manage varroa mites safely and efficiently.

This compact beekeeping vaporizer uses a metal copper heating head and durable stainless steel components to convert oxalic acid into a fine vapor for whole-colony treatments. Built for field use, the unit runs on 12V power and features an ergonomic wooden handle and reinforced power cord for repeated seasons of service. It’s intended as an apiculture tool to support integrated pest management; always follow label instructions and local regulations when using oxalic acid.

How does the BEEXTM vaporizer work in a typical hive treatment?

The device heats oxalic acid until it sublimates into a vapor that disperses through the hive frames and brood chambers. Treatment is fast, with the upgraded copper head designed for quick, complete evaporation to limit residue and exposure time. Operators introduce vapor through the hive entrance or by a supplied applicator tube, depending on your protocol.

• 12V-powered heating element for field portability
• Copper heating head for rapid sublimation
• Wooden handle for comfortable, controlled application
• Compatible with standard oxalic acid dosing procedures

Is the vaporizer durable and safe to use season after season?

BEEXTM built the unit using anti-corrosive stainless steel rods and a multi-strand copper-core power cord to resist heat and wear during repeated use. The metal components reduce the risk of corrosion from oxalic acid fumes, while the robust cord minimizes the chance of electrical failure. Routine cleaning and storage in a dry place will extend the device’s life.

• Stainless steel parts resist acid-related corrosion
• Multi-strand copper core power cord resists breaking under heat
• Replaceable components simplify maintenance
• Compact design reduces storage footprint between seasons

What makes this vaporizer easy for newcomers to use?

The unit’s ergonomics and straightforward operation help both beginners and experienced beekeepers adopt vapor treatments with minimal training. The wooden handle provides secure control during application, and the heating assembly is designed for predictable, rapid performance. BEEXTM also offers customer support and a replacement policy to resolve early issues.

• Simple on/off operation suitable for first-time users
• Comfortable wooden grip for steady handling
• Quick heat-up reduces idle time at the hive
• Manufacturer support available for setup and troubleshooting
