You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

The Autopilot APC8200 is a CO2 monitor and controller with a 15-foot remote sensor that records, displays, and controls CO2 levels with configurable setpoints and trend memory.
Designed for growers and indoor-environment technicians, the APC8200 combines a low-drift NDIR CO2 sensor, a remote probe on a 15' cable, and onboard memory to track concentrations over minutes, hours and up to seven days. Its customizable deadband and setpoint let you prompt CO2 equipment only when needed, while trend charts and zoom levels reveal patterns so you can fine-tune placements and schedules. Green LED indicators and a clear display make status and alerts easy to read at a glance.
The controller lets you set a target ppm and a deadband so the system only activates when CO2 drifts outside your preferred range. That prevents constant cycling and helps maintain a more stable canopy environment. Built-in memory records timestamped ppm values so you can review fluctuations and adjust schedules accordingly.
The remote probe lets you capture readings away from the controller housing so you can measure CO2 at canopy height or other critical spots. Place the probe where plant foliage and ventilation interact—often centered above the canopy or near a return vent—to capture representative concentrations. Use the photocell feature to orient the probe relative to light sources if that helps mimic plant exposure.
The APC8200 stores CO2 measurements in a trend chart you can view with selectable zoom levels, from minute-by-minute detail to weekly overviews. Reviewing these logs reveals daily patterns, response to HVAC cycles, or equipment lag so you can relocate sensors, change setpoints, or adjust injection schedules for better distribution. The more data you collect, the better you can match CO2 supply to actual demand.
Programming the APC8200 is straightforward: set your desired CO2 ppm and deadband, mount the remote probe, and connect your CO2 source to the controller outputs. The interface is designed for frequent adjustments without complicated menus, making it suitable for iterative optimization. Low-maintenance NDIR sensing reduces recalibration frequency compared with older sensor types.
Who this is for: The Autopilot APC8200 is aimed at hobby and commercial growers, indoor-environment technicians, and anyone who needs reliable CO2 monitoring with actionable historical data. If you want precise setpoint control, remote probe placement at canopy level, and trend memory that helps optimize CO2 schedules and distribution, this controller is built to provide that visibility and control without a steep learning curve.
Q: How long does the APC8200 store CO2 data?
A: It records CO2 measurements with trend logging for up to seven days, viewable in minute, hour, day, and week resolutions.
Q: Can I place the sensor away from the controller?
A: Yes—the included remote probe has a 15-foot cable so you can position it at canopy height or other optimal spots.
