How does it improve grilling performance?

The baffle sits over the heat source to even out hot spots and deflect flames away from food, creating a gentler, more consistent cooking environment. By guiding grease into the tray it reduces flare-ups and simplifies post-cook cleanup so you can focus on results instead of maintenance.

• Promotes more uniform heat across grates for predictable cook times.
• Directs drippings into the tray to limit smoke flare-ups and hotspots.
• Durable construction resists warping and keeps shape under repeated heating cycles.
• Smooth edges and food-grade surface reduce food contact concerns and snagging.

What materials and durability features does this replacement offer?

AJinTeby fabricates this plate from robust, food-grade stainless steel designed to withstand repeated heating and exposure to grease. The thermoformed profile helps the part retain its shape longer than thin stamped alternatives, reducing the need for frequent replacements.

• Made from food-grade stainless for corrosion resistance and longevity.
• Thermoformed design resists bending and warping at high temperatures.
• Smooth, burr-free edges for safer handling and installation.
• Constructed to maintain consistent heat distribution over many cook cycles.

How easy is installation and maintenance?

Installation is straightforward and tool-free: slide the baffle into place beneath the cooking grates over the factory deflector. Cleanup is quick—remove and wipe or wash the tray, and the durable finish handles routine scrubbing without quick degradation.

• Tool-free installation—drops into the existing cavity beneath the grates.
